Dear Fellow Club Members;
Another great year at the range. We are trying to get a muzzle-loader program started for adults, if anyone is interested call myself or Andrew Werling . We started a pistol match this year, it seems to have a great following. The work day was a great success, plenty of firewood for the winter. Just started with Monday trap, first night was bad weather but we still shot. We installed new lights on the trap range, great improvement. We added some new RSO’s to the schedule, so there will be some new faces there. When you renew your membership don’t forget about Eddy Eagle, if you could donate a few dollars towards that it would be appreciated. Thanks for all you do for the club, hope to see you at the range.
Many of our members, both annual and life, wish to give extra funds to the club. Please note on the memo line of check what you want the extra funds to go towards. If you give fifty dollars or more to the Eddie Eagle program, your name will be placed on the T-shirts given to the Adams County second graders.
Bellmont Rifle Club Notes;
Bellmont would like to thank Blue Creek for the use of its range for our matches. We are donating $100 to the maintenance fund as a thank you. Bellmont’s membership is down this year but I think those who participated enjoyed our matches. We hope we can expand our membership next year.
I would like to list the winners of our specialty matches. Ron Dague was the club champion and also won the prone match and Bill Carpenter won the Garand match. Congratulations again to both!
